Warp mesh

A grid of control points that bends a flat design to follow a curved or irregular product surface, like a mug, folded shirt, or tote bag.

Photoshop stores warps as a mesh of Bézier control points. A simple warp is a 4×4 grid (one bicubic patch); larger 'quilt' warps use grids of many patches for complex surfaces.

The render engine evaluates the same Bézier surface Photoshop uses and inverts it per pixel, so your design wraps onto the product exactly as the template author intended.
