Questions, answered
Do I need Photoshop?+
No. If you have a PSD template, upload it and the engine handles the rest. If you don't, start from the library. Photoshop is never required.
What counts as a render?+
One finished image. A 40-color batch is 40 renders. A failed render is never billed.
Can I use mockup PSDs I bought elsewhere?+
Yes, if the template's license allows it. Any PSD with smart objects becomes a render-ready template.
Are free renders watermarked?+
No. Nothing here is ever watermarked, including API renders on the free plan.
I'm not technical. Is the API for me?+
You never have to touch it. The editor and bulk tools cover most stores. The API is there if your developer wants it, and Zapier, Make, and n8n work without code.
